Yes. NFC tapping works on iPhone XS and later (iOS 14+) — no app needed, just tap. Android phones with NFC enabled work the same way. The built-in QR code works as a fallback on any smartphone camera.
It opens the link you choose — your website, Instagram, Google reviews, WhatsApp, or Linktree. It does not automatically save a contact unless your link goes to a vCard or contact-saving page.
You can update the NFC tag using an app. The QR code is permanently engraved and cannot be updated.
